Youths causing ASB and harrassment on scaffolding

Good morning everyone

A little mid week update regarding issues. 

Yesterday I was sent to an incident where 5 youths were causing ASB and harrassment around a property and its residents. They were climbing on scaffolding and refusing to come down.  After reviewing CCTV footage and enlisting the assistance of Middlesbrough Council to check if any had been previously issued with Council Acceptable Behaviour Contracts (ABC's), I was able to identify 4 of the 5 youths. I visited them all and each were given an AS13 each which is a recordable police Anti Social Behvaiour Warning. Also, by multi agency working, I took with me a Council Neighbourhood Officer who also issued them with further ABC's. These last for 6 months. Should their behaviour continue negatively in this time then this could escalate to potential Civil Injunctions and court action.
